Edison’s was established in 2000 as a coffee shop & later purchased by the same family in 2003, continuing under their ownership.

In 2015, we launched our jiffy truck service, delivering freshly prepared sandwiches, pastries, hot meals, & salads to Rotherwas, North Hereford, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye.

Big Breakfast
Here’s our signature breakfast, featuring 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausages, 2 hash browns, a choice of mushrooms or fried bread, beans or tomatoes (or both), and 2 slices of thick toast with butter.
Brie & Bacon Club Meal
Indulge in our triple toasted sandwich, available on either white or granary bread, generously filled with bacon and deliciously melted brie. Accompanied by a salad garnish, homemade coleslaw, and curly fries, it’s a real feast.
Freshly baked sausage rolls
These are currently only available on our van service. We believe our sausage rolls are bigger and better than the supposed “King of Sausage Rolls”.
